Health visitors everywhere, books and media all give us the facts of why breast is best. It has all the nutrients your baby needs and will provide them with the best start in life.
Breastfeeding is the most natural way to feed your baby, but modern Western cultures and clever marketing tactics has seen an increase in mothers turning to formula milk as a replacement for natural breast milk.
Why Should I Breastfeed?
